If you have discount voucher issued from us, you should be able to view this via the My Sunshine section of our website.
In order to apply your voucher to a new booking you will need to follow the steps below:
- Make a new booking and wait for your confirmation email 🎫
- Log into your My Sunshine account 💻
- Find your holiday voucher listed in your account 🔍
- Select the new booking you want to apply the voucher to 🏖️
- Click on Make a Payment 🫰
- Choose the Claim Voucher option 🎟️
That’s it! 🎉 The voucher amount will be deducted from your total holiday balance.
⚠️ Important: Vouchers can only be used on new bookings that have been made after the voucher was issued.
💰 A little tip on your balance: If you've already paid in full for your holiday, claiming the voucher will mean a negative balance will show on your account. Please send us a quick message on Live Chat and we’ll get that refund processed for you.
