What is a Quote Reference exactly? 🤔
Think of your Quote Reference as a "snapshot" of your holiday basket. It captures all the little details—the flights you picked, that room with the sea view, and your board basis. By giving us this reference, our beach buddies can see exactly the holiday you have built on our website, making it much faster for us to help you get it booked!
Where do I find it? 📍
It is nice and easy to spot. You will find it just under the Total Price of your holiday selection, like in the example below 🔍

Quote Reference for Group Holidays (Flight + Hotel) ✈️🏨
Going all-in with flights and hotel together?
👉 Head to our app or website and start searching for your holiday. Pick your destination, travel dates and how many nights you want, then hit Search.
👉 Found one you like? Tap See more details.
👉 Now for the good bit. Pick and mix everything that suits you, from flights and room types to board basis and luggage, then tap Book Now.
❗Don’t worry, nothing gets booked or paid for at this stage.❗
👉 Want to add transfers, travel insurance or any extras? You can do that here. You’ll also see your holiday summary on the right-hand side of the page, just like in the first image above.
👉 Scroll down to the bottom of the summary column, then take a note of your Quote Reference (Ref:) which can be found in the section just below the ATOL Protection cost. That's it!
Quote Reference for Group Holidays (Hotel Only) 🏨
Just after somewhere to stay and sorting flights yourself?
👉 Head to our app or website and select the Hotel Only tab. Choose your destination, check-in date and how many nights you want to stay, then tap Search.
👉 Take a look at the room types and board options for your chosen hotel. When you spot the one that works for you, tap Select Hotel.
👉 Want to add transfers, travel insurance or any extras? You can do that here. You’ll also see your holiday summary on the right-hand side of the page.
👉 In the summary section, you’ll find your Quote Reference (Ref:) under the Total Payable price. That’s the one.
