SmartBook is a clever little way to save cash when booking your jolly with us. Instead of us booking your flights, you book them directly with the airline using payment details provided during your Smart Book journey– and in return, you save £16 per person. Nice, right?
If your flights are eligible, the SmartBook option will automatically pop up when you're selecting them. A little extra effort – for a smarter way to book.
How Do I Complete the Smartbooking Process?
Once you’ve selected the SmartBook option:
Follow the instructions provided once you have booked, to create your Revolut account and receive your prepaid card details.
Head's up: Revolut is only Apple(iOS) compatible as you will have to add the card to your Apple Wallet. If do not have access to an Apple device, please contact us via live chat.
Use those details to book your exact flights (plus any extras you originally picked).
Then pop into My Bookings and give us:
Your flight reference number.
The email address you used to book the flights.
Is there a deadline for SmartBook?
⏱️ You’ve got 24 hours from the time we send your payment details to:
Book the flights.
Let us know your reference number and email.
If we don’t hear from you in time, to minimise the risk of your flight price increasing, we’ll book the flights for you — and add the £16 per person admin fee.
What can I use the payment details for?
💳 Only for what you originally picked when placing your holiday order:
The same flight(s).
Any luggage or seat extras you selected.

What if my flight changes?
✈️ We get it, stuff happens. If your flight is changed or cancelled:
Let us know straight away by contacting us via live chat through ‘My Bookings’.
Don’t accept changes from the airline until we’ve confirmed everything else (accommodation, transfers etc.) can still work.
If the airline refunds you directly, you’ll just need to pass that back to us.
Can I book a different flight?
🚫 If you go ahead and book a different flight without chatting to us first:
We are not responsible for any issues (like your hotel or transfers not lining up).
If your holiday needs changing or cancelling as a result, our usual charges will still apply.
Does this change how I pay for my holiday?
🙂↔️ Nope. Your holiday payment plan and method stay exactly the same.
SmartBook just changes how the flight is paid for – and saves you money while it’s at it.
