How to check your documents 📄
Log in and head to View and Manage Booking.
Go to Manage Paperwork.
From here, you can view your documents or resend them to your email address.
Look for the Travel Insurance Summary. This will show your policy details and the contact info for your insurance provider if you need to make any changes.
Can I add insurance? 🚑
If you can't see an insurance summary in your booking paperwork, it simply means you haven't selected it as part of your holiday booking.
Insurance with us needs to be added at the time of booking as we aren't able to add it once your booking has been confirmed.
Don't worry, though! You can still easily find the protection you need elsewhere. We recommend visiting a comparison website, where you can find a policy that works best for your specific plans and gives you peace of mind for your upcoming holiday.
