If Your Transfer Hasn’t Arrived
If your transfer hasn’t shown up, don’t panic. Delays can sometimes happen due to traffic or local conditions, but help is available.
Step 1: Contact the Transfer Provider
Your transfer provider is the quickest place to start.
Please use the emergency contact number on your Transfer Voucher, which you’ll find in My Bookings.
This number is available 24/7 and allows the provider to update you or arrange an alternative if needed.
Step 2: Check With Hotel Reception (Return Transfers)
If you’re returning home, hotel reception may be able to confirm your pick-up time or advise of any changes shared directly with them by the local provider.
If Your Transfer Is a No-Show
If you’ve contacted the transfer provider and your transfer still hasn’t arrived, please WhatsApp us and let us know what’s happened.
Our team will guide you on the next steps and advise what to do.
Please keep any receipts or evidence if you’ve had to make alternative arrangements.
Already Returned Home?
If you’ve already returned and your transfer didn’t show, please raise this with our complaints team using the link below.
Be sure to include as much evidence as possible (such as receipts, screenshots, or details of who you spoke to), so we can review this with the transfer provider.
