If you're still abroad and experiencing a transfer issue, the fastest way to get help is to contact your transfer provider directly using the emergency number listed on your transfer voucher (found in your travel documents). They are best placed to assist you in real time.

🏠 Already home?

If your transfer didn’t arrive or there was a problem and you're now back home, you can raise this with our Customer Care team.

To do so follow this guide and provide your SUN reference number and Transfer Reference Number when prompted.
