How can I upgrade my transfer?

If you’re looking to travel in a little more comfort, we’re here to help you get that sorted. Whether you fancy a private car or just a bit more space, here is how you can check for an upgrade.

✈️ Before You Travel

If you haven't set off yet, simply reach out to us via Live Chat - you'll find the icon in the bottom right corner of your My Sunshine account when you log in. Our team will be more than happy to check the availability for you and help arrange an upgrade that suits your needs.

We always do our best to make sure your journey to the hotel is as smooth and relaxing as possible.


🏖️ Already on Holiday?

To keep things running smoothly for all our travellers, we aren't able to make changes to your transfer once your holiday has already started.

However, you can contact your transfer provider directly to see if they can help you with a local upgrade. You can find their contact details easily by:

  • Heading to My Sunshine.

  • Clicking View and Manage Booking on your holiday.

  • Scrolling down to the Transfers section.

🧾 A helpful tip: Your transfer voucher is also included in your holiday paperwork. You’ll find all the provider's contact information listed clearly right there.
