💳 How are payments collected?

Our system will automatically collect your instalment payments on the dates set out at the time of booking. That said—technology isn’t always instant! It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for a payment to fully process. 

🧾 Want to pay manually?

You’re welcome to make a manual payment online. Just head to ‘View and Manage Booking’, then under ‘Payments’, select ‘Make a Payment’.

💡 Bonus: By paying manually, you can skip the automated payment fee of up to £5.
