How do I make payments once my holiday is booked?

Got your holiday in the diary? High five! Now, let’s get that balance sorted so you can get back to dreaming of the beach. You’ve got three easy ways to pay:

Option 1: Chat with Sunny (No Fee) 🌞

Our smartbot, Sunny has been to school and is now a total pro at getting your payments processed. It’s the fastest way to stay on top of your holiday fund!

 

👉Pop open the live chat bubble and select (or type) Request a Payment Linkonce you select Payments, Vouchers and Instalments.

 

👉 Type in the amount you’d like to pay today, whether it’s £1, your next instalment or a little extra to get that balance down.


👉Sunny will whisk a secure payment link straight to your registered phone and email address.


Option 2: Do it yourself in 'My Bookings' (No Fee) 🖥️

👉Prefer to DIY? Log in to your My Bookings account and make a payment whenever it suits you, as long as it’s on or before your due date.


We don’t to double dips around here! If you pay early or settle your full balance either manually or via Sunny, we'll make sure you aren't charged automatically on your next scheduled date.


Option 3: Stress-free Auto-Payments (Fee Applies) 💳

If you’re busy packing and forget to pay manually, don't sweat it. We’ll automatically charge the last card used on your booking after 8pm on your due date.

 

A small administration fee of up to £5 applies if we have to collect the payment for you.


Key Points to Remember:

•    Auto-payments usually start rolling after 8pm on your instalment date.

•    We’ll always take payment from the most recent card you’ve used with us, so double check it’s the one you want to use👀

•    Paying early via Sunny or your My Bookings account stops the auto-charge from happening, saving you that £5 for a poolside cocktail instead!
