Good news incoming.. you lucky bookers! 🤑 We’ve now added a little more flexibility to help you manage your payments, your way.
You can now snooze your final balance payment by up to 7 days through Change My Booking (CMYB), as long as your hotel is refundable.
Before, you could snooze upcoming instalments through CMYB, but the final payment couldn’t be delayed as our goal is always to ensure everything is confirmed and ready for your arrival.
Now, if your hotel is refundable, you’ll see the option to snooze that final payment too. Handy, right?
How does it work? 🤔
👉 Head over to your Manage Bookings account
👉 Select your booking, hit View and Manage Booking and go to the Payments section
👉 If your hotel is refundable, you’ll see the option to snooze your final payment
👉 You can push it back by up to 7 days
Are there any fees? 💰
Yes. A £10.00 admin fee will be applied when snoozed.
How do I know if I'm eligible? ☝️
✅ You can snooze your final payment if your hotel is refundable
❌ You won’t see the option if your hotel is non-refundable
