🧳 Lost an item during your transfer or at the hotel? 

We’re sorry to hear that! The best thing to do is to contact the transfer provider or hotel directly:

• Your transfer supplier’s contact details can be found on your transfer voucher in your travel documents.
• To reach your hotel, simply search for its name online to find the official website and contact information.

They’ll be able to let you know if your item has been found and help arrange its return.

✈️ Lost something on your flight? 

If you’ve misplaced an item on your departure or return flight, you’ll need to get in touch with the airline directly.

Most airlines have a lost property or baggage assistance section on their website. A quick search for your airline’s lost item policy should guide you through the steps to report and recover your belongings.
