How do I change the dates of my holiday?

We understand that plans can change, but we are no longer able to change the dates of an existing booking or action these changes on your behalf. If you are unable to travel on your original dates, please review the following options:

Check Your Travel Insurance If you or a member of your party cannot travel due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend exploring a claim through your travel insurance provider. This is often the most effective way to recover your costs. Your original booking confirmation can be used as proof of your holiday cost for your insurer.

Cancel and Rebook To move your holiday to new dates, you will need to:

  1. Cancel your current booking via the 'Manage My Booking' section of your account.

  2. Make a new booking for your preferred dates via our homepage.

Important Considerations:

  • Fees: Standard cancellation charges from both us and our suppliers will apply to your original booking.

  • Deadlines: Please note that most hotels and airlines charge the full cost of the booking if you decide to cancel close to your departure date.
