Moving an entire trip to a new spot usually involves some very high costs from airlines and hotels. Because these fees can often skyrocket, we find it isn't the best way for our customers to spend their holiday budget, so it isn’t a service we provide. We're really sorry!
Thinking of making a change yourself? 🤔
If you have your heart set on a different location, you can check with your airline to see if they’ll allow you to move your flights. However, it’s really important that you talk to us before you confirm anything with the airline. We’ll need to check the specific terms of your hotel and transfers to see if they are refundable or if you’ll be charged a cancellation fee. If you change your flights without checking with us first, you might find your current hotel and transfers are entirely non-refundable—meaning you’d be responsible for the cost of the original booking plus any new ones you make!

Airline fees can be high: Most airlines charge a significant admin fee (often £100+ per person) plus the difference in fare to change a route.
Some tickets are restricted: Some providers don't allow destination changes at all. In these cases, you’d have to cancel your original flight (losing 100% of the cost) and purchase a brand-new ticket.
