For hotel queries: Please speak to the hotel reception first. They are best placed to resolve things on the spot, such as room requests or maintenance.
For transfer queries: Contact your local transfer supplier directly. You can find their contact details on your booking paperwork.
For emergencies or unresolved issues: Our In-Resort team is available to help with flight delays, serious hotel issues, or emergency assistance.
You can find the Emergency Contact details in your booking confirmation email—we recommend saving these to your phone before you head off! 📱
