Why don’t you have a phone line?

It’s a great question! We understand that sometimes you just want to pick up the phone and chat. At Sunshine, we do things a little differently to make sure we’re helping our customers as efficiently as possible.

We are an online-only team, which means:

  • No hold music: No waiting on the line to get through.

  • No phone queues: You can get straight to the help you need.

  • Direct support: Our Live Chat is the speediest way to reach our team.


What is our phone number for? ☎️

We do have a number—0371 474 3000—but it works as a Self-Service Hotline. It is there to help you find your own answers quickly or point you exactly where you need to go (which is usually our Live Chat).

A little heads-up: As this is a fully automated line, you won’t be able to speak to a person directly when you call. We promise we aren't being shy! By keeping our support digital, we can help many more customers at the same time.


What if I really need to speak to someone?

If your query is a bit of a "head-scratcher" and we feel it truly needs a phone conversation, we will arrange for one of our team to give you a call back directly.
