How to access Live Chat:

- Look for our chat widget in the bottom right corner

We're here to help with everything from booking changes to holiday questions, and you'll get a faster response through Live Chat than any other channel.
📞 Phone Support
We do have a phone number (0371 4743000), but it works differently to traditional phone lines.
When you call, you'll reach our self-service line which guides you through common questions and solutions. If your query needs more support, the line will direct you to Live Chat. For matters that genuinely require a phone conversation, we'll arrange to call you back directly.
So while we don’t have a traditional phone line, we’re still here to help 🏖️

Our WhatsApp service is available exclusively for customers already on holiday. If you're at your resort and need assistance, WhatsApp is perfect for quick support during your stay.
Log into your My Booking account, go to Help and Support, and you’ll find the link to connect with us on WhatsApp while you're in resort.
⚠️ Please note: For all pre-travel queries, you must use Live Chat instead—it's the fastest way to get answers before your holiday and our WhatsApp team can't help with pre-travel queries.

If you choose to give us a call on +44 (0) 333 003 1934 while you’re away, we’ll ask a couple of quick questions to get a feel for what’s going on and guide you to the best way to get help so you can get back to enjoying your holiday!
For most queries, we’ll send you a WhatsApp link so you can get support right from your phone. It’s the quickest and easiest way to get things sorted on the go, without interrupting your holiday.
If your situation needs urgent support, we’ll get you through to one of our beach buddies.
