How do I remove a passenger from my booking?

Unfortunately, we are unable to remove a passenger from an existing booking or action this on your behalf.

If a member of your party is no longer able to join you on your jolly, please keep the following in mind:

  • Flights are Non-Refundable: From the moment a holiday is confirmed, flights are entirely non-refundable. This means the full cost of the flight for the passenger not traveling must still be paid.

  • Check Your Travel Insurance: If someone in your group can no longer make it, the best way to see if you can claim back any costs is via your travel insurance provider (if you have a policy in place). Your original booking confirmation will serve as proof of the initial cost for your claim.

  • Room Costs: Most hotels charge per room rather than per person. Because the room is still being occupied by the remaining members of your party, the hotel cost usually remains the same.

  • No Action Required: You do not need to "remove" them from the booking for the rest of the party to travel. Simply let the airline and hotel know upon arrival that the passenger will not be joining you.
