How to cancel 💬
To cancel your parking, just drop us a message via Live Chat, which you can find when you log into your My Sunshine account. One of our beach buddies will be happy to look into this and get everything processed for you.
Our team is available to chat during these times:
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 6:30pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am - 4:45pm
A quick heads-up on refunds ⏳
If you need to cancel, please try to let us know as early as possible. Unfortunately, if you’re due to travel in the next 7 days, the parking is non-refundable and we won't be able to process a refund for the cancellation.
