If you booked insurance through us ✍️
If you added insurance to your booking on our website, your policy is with our partners at ROCK Insurance.
The good news: If you made your booking within the last 14 days, you can cancel for a full refund. Simply contact ROCK Insurance directly to sort this out—you'll find their contact details on your Insurance Summary document.
The bad news: If you placed your booking more than 14 days ago, your insurance is now non-refundable and can’t be cancelled or refunded.
If you booked your own insurance separately 🔍
If you sorted your own cover with a different provider, you'll need to get in touch with them directly. Since that policy wasn't booked through us, they’ll be the only ones who can help you with a cancellation.
