Cancel it yourself via My Booking
Head over to 'My Booking' and click 'View and Manage Booking' (💡Make sure you've selected the right booking).
Scroll to ‘Make Changes’ and select ‘Cancel Booking’.
Once you select Next, you’ll see a full breakdown showing:
• What you've already paid
• What's refundable
• Cancellation fees
• Your final refund amount (or any payment needed)
I can't see ‘Cancel Booking’ in My Booking, what do I do?
💬 Click the chat icon (usually bottom right of the screen)
🔨 When Sunny asks what you need help with, select I need to cancel my booking.
📝 Fill in the form and our team will email you within 72 hours with your price breakdown.
📩 You'll get an update email when we start working on your request - no need to chase!
What's refundable and what's not?
❌ Non-refundable:
- Flights: Not refundable from the moment you book (if you haven't paid yet, you'll need to pay before we can cancel)
- Travel insurance: Not refundable
✅ Usually Refundable
- Hotels: Most offer free cancellations but it depends on their terms and conditions, so be sure to check your Hotel Booking Conditions on your booking summary!
- Transfers and Airport Extras: Refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before departure
What are the cancellation fees?
👉 £50 per person (if you're cancelling 60+ days before travel)
👉 £100 per person (if you're cancelling within 60 days of travel)
What is my refund breakdown showing me? 🤔
🤑 If you're due a refund:
You'll see a minus balance under 'refund amount due' - this gets refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
💰 If you owe money:
You'll see a positive balance under 'payment amount due' - this covers any outstanding costs like unpaid flights plus the cancellation fee.
Cancelling within 28 days of departure?
If you've already paid in full, you'll see payment amount due: £0.00. This means you don't owe anything extra, but unfortunately there's no refund available as your cancellation is too close to your departure date.
Got travel insurance?
If you're making an insurance claim, you can request a proof of cancellation letter from us - this will help when you're claiming funds back from your insurer. Just ask in the form or reply to our email.
