Your transfer provider
Contact numbers for the transfer company
Instructions for your transfer journey
Check these details before you travel so you know who to contact if you need to.
When Will I Get My Return Pick-Up Time?
This depends on your destination and the type of transfer you’ve booked:
Destinations like Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Maldives
Your return pick-up time will be given to you on arrival at your destination.
All other destinations
Shared coach transfers: Your transfer provider will usually confirm your return pick-up time around 24 hours before your flight, often by SMS
Private transfers: Your return pick-up time will be listed in your booking confirmation paperwork once your holiday is confirmed
Travelling Soon and Still Haven’t Received It?
If your departure is within 24 hours and you haven’t received your return pick-up time yet, please contact your transfer provider directly using the contact details on your transfer voucher.
If your transfer is booked with Sun Transfers, you can also use their own WhatsApp contact service, the details are shown on your transfer voucher.
