Travelling with a little one is a big adventure, and we want to make sure everyone (including the grown-ups!) gets a good night's sleep. Here is the lowdown on getting a cot set up in your room.
How it works 🏨
Most of our hotels are well-equipped for tiny travellers and will usually have a cot ready and waiting for you when you arrive. As hotels are used to welcoming families, they'll typically see an infant on your booking and prepare for your arrival automatically.
If you get to your room and it’s not there yet, don’t worry—just have a quick word with the friendly team at the front desk when you’re checking in, and they’ll be happy to help get one sorted for you.
The "just in case" bit 💡
While availability is hardly ever an issue, cots are provided by the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, so they aren't 100% guaranteed.
If you want total peace of mind, many families choose to bring their own travel cot. The great news is that many airlines allow you to check in a travel cot as part of your infant's free equipment allowance (often alongside a pushchair). It’s always worth a quick check on your specific airline’s website for their "travelling with infants" rules before you head to the airport, just to be sure of their latest policy. ✈️
