Whether you’re heading off with the whole family or a group of your favourite people, we know you’ll want to stay as close to the action (and each other) as possible. While we can’t 100% guarantee that rooms will be right next door, here is how it all works behind the scenes.
If your rooms are on the same booking ✅
If you’ve booked more than one room under a single booking reference, you don't need to lift a finger! The hotel will naturally see that you’re travelling together, and their reception team will automatically try to keep your rooms as close as they can. There’s no need to submit a request for this, as hotels always try to keep parties together as standard.
Things to keep in mind 💡
Even though hotels do their absolute best to help you stay close to your travel besties, adjacent rooms are never a guarantee. Whether you end up right next door usually depends on a few things on the day you arrive:
Hotel Layout: Different room types (like a Family Room vs. a Twin Room) might be tucked away in different wings, floors, or even buildings.
How busy the hotel is: During the high season, hotels are often at full capacity, which means they have much less wiggle room with where they can put everyone.
Who’s checking out: It often depends on which specific rooms are being vacated by other guests on the day you check in.
If you have separate bookings 🔗
If you’ve made two or more entirely separate bookings and want to request rooms near each other, you’ll first need to link your bookings.
Once your bookings are linked, you can then follow our guide on how to submit a Special Request. This allows us to let the hotel know you’re one party. Please make sure to include all the relevant booking references in your request so the hotel knows exactly who to keep together!
⚠️ Important: Once your request is sent, we’ll email you to confirm it’s been passed to the hotel. Most hotels won't confirm if they can definitely accommodate a request until the moment you arrive. Because of this, we won't contact you again with a "yes" or "no"—instead, you’ll find out your final room locations when you check in at the front desk.
