How to cancel 💬
To cancel your transfer, please just get in touch with us via Live Chat through the My Bookings section of your My Sunshine account. Our team will be more than happy to help you with your request during the following times:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 – 18:45
Saturday - Sunday: 09:00 – 16:45
Will I get a refund? 💰
If you let us know that you'd like to cancel more than 7 days before you’re due to fly, we can process a full refund for your transfer costs.
However, please keep in mind that if you are travelling within the next 7 days, the transfer becomes non-refundable. We know this can be disappointing news, but because the vehicle and the driver have already been secured and paid for with our provider at this stage, we aren't able to get that money back to pass on to you.
