If one of your group couldn't make it on the holiday and you need a No Show Letter to claim back through your insurance, we've got you covered.
⚠️ Important note: We can only issue these letters once the return date of your holiday has passed. We have to check in with our suppliers (like the hotel or airline) to officially confirm a passenger didn't travel before we can get that paperwork over to you.
✈️⏎ If your return date has passed:
If your return flight has landed and you're ready to request the letter, please get int touch using our Live Chat and follow these steps:
Log into My Sunshine and tap the chat icon on the bottom right of the page.
Enter your booking reference and select Returned from travel.
Choose Yes when asked if you have a booking, then tap Request a no show letter.
When our beach bot, Sunny, asks if you're looking to speak to us about an insurance letter, select Yes.
Follow the rest of the steps so we can gather all the details and get that letter sent out to you.

⏰ If you haven't travelled yet or are away right now:
We know it's frustrating when things don't go to plan, but please wait until the return date of your trip has passed before getting in touch. We aren't able to verify a "no show" until the return flight has actually departed and the hotel stay is over. Once that date has passed, follow the steps above and we’ll get things moving for you.
