For audit and security reasons, we’re unable to fully remove a card from your booking history.
However, if you want to make sure no further payments are taken from that card, you can easily update your payment details.
✅ How to Update Your Card:
- Log in to your My Sunshine account
- Go to Payments
- Click Make a Payment
- Choose New Card under payment options
- Enter your new card details and complete a payment (minimum £5)
🔁 Once updated, all future payments will be taken from your new card instead.
⚠️ Please Note:
- If you default on any payments, we may attempt to collect the outstanding amount from any card stored on your booking.
- Cards cannot be fully deleted due to audit and security requirements.
