Refer to your hotel voucher in your booking confirmation paperwork
Log into your app or online account, select your booking and choose View Paperwork
You can also contact the hotel directly by phone or email
Early Check-In or Late Check-Out
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made directly with the hotel, as they manage room availability and policies.
The hotel can advise if this is possible, whether any charges apply, or what alternatives are available (such as luggage storage or use of facilities).
