To make a change, follow these simple steps:
Head to the airline's website: Use the specific login details found on your Flight Voucher. You can locate these in the My Bookings section of your Sunshine account under Flight Login and Check-in Details.
What to do next: Once you’ve successfully changed your flight and paid the airline's fees, please let us know via Live Chat immediately.
Why contact us? We need to update your official paperwork and, more importantly, ensure your transfers are adjusted to meet your new arrival or departure times.
💡 Things to Keep in Mind
Airline Fees: Most airlines charge an admin fee (usually £100+ per person) to change a flight, plus any difference in the ticket price. If the new flight is cheaper, the airline won't refund the difference, and the admin fee still applies.
Stick With Your Airline: You can only swap flights within the same airline (e.g., easyJet to easyJet). If you book a brand-new flight with a different carrier, you will be responsible for the cost of both.
Transfers: Changing your flight times or airport means your original transfer might no longer be valid. We’ll need to check if your current transfer can be updated or if a new one needs to be booked.
