Completing your check-in is the final step before your holiday truly begins. To make things as easy as possible, we’ve gathered everything you need right inside your Sunshine account.
How to get checked in:
Log in: Head to My Sunshine and select View and Manage Booking for your upcoming trip.
Find your flights: Scroll down to the section dedicated to your flight details.
Get the lowdown: Click the Check-in Instructions button. This is your personal guide, showing you exactly when and how to check in for your specific airline.
Grab the passports: You’ll need the passport details for everyone on the booking to complete the process and download your boarding passes.
💡 A helpful reminder: It’s always a good idea to check the instructions for both your flight out and your flight home, as the timings can sometimes be slightly different for each.
When can I check in? ⏳
Every airline has its own schedule—some allow you to check in 60 days before you fly, while others only open their window 24 hours before departure.
To find your specific timeframe, go to View Paperwork in your account and scroll down to your Flight Voucher. You'll find the check-in window listed on the right-hand side.
⚠️ Why it’s important
Most airlines now require you to check in online. If you wait until you get to the airport, the airline might charge you a fee to do it at the desk. We would much rather you avoid any unnecessary costs so you can focus on enjoying your time away. ☀️
