Where can I find my flight booking reference? (PNR)

If you’re looking to get your bags or seats sorted or are ready to check in for your flight, you’ll need your airline reference. This is just a small code that acts as your golden ticket to managing your flights directly on the airline’s website.

It’s easy to find once you know where to look. Here are the three best places to check:

🔎 Where to look:

  • In your My Sunshine account: If you log in, hit View and Manage Booking on the holiday and head to the Flight Login and Check-in Details section, you’ll find your Airline Booking Ref right at the top. 💻

  • On your Flight Voucher: If you have your confirmation paperwork to hand, your Airline Ref is clearly listed on the Flight Voucher page. 📋

  • In the Your Flights section: When you’re viewing your full booking details online, the Airline Ref will be displayed there too.

One code, many names... 🏷️

Airlines can sometimes be a bit confusing as they all use different names for the same thing! Depending on who you’re flying with, they might ask for your:

  • PNR (this stands for Passenger Name Record)

  • Reservation Number

  • Booking Reference or Booking Code

  • Confirmation Code

💡 A helpful tip: Your reference is simply a unique code made up of a few letters and numbers. Once you have it, you can log in to the airline’s website and start getting everything ready for your trip. 🌴

📋 Can't find your confirmation?

Don't worry if it hasn't popped up in your inbox. It's always worth doing a search for noreply@sunshine.co.uk and having a quick peek in your spam or junk folder, just in case.

If it's definitely missing, you can easily send it to yourself again. Just head to the Manage Paperwork section in your account and select Resend Paperwork. 🔁
