If you're due a refund, here’s how it works:
🧾 What to Expect:
- Once your refund is approved, and we have received confirmation from the airline or hotel partner (usually within 5–7 working days), you’ll get an email from us.
- This email will prompt you to collect your refund from your On the Beach account — refunds aren’t sent automatically.
✅ How to Collect Your Refund:
- Log in to Manage My Booking.
- Go to the ‘Refunds’ section.
- Click ‘Collect Refund’.
Once you’ve done that, the money will be transferred to your bank account and should arrive within 3–5 working days.
Why This Process?
This extra step helps us ensure your refund goes to the correct account.
If there are any issues or concerns, it also gives you the chance to let us know before the transfer is made.
It's Been 3-5 Working Days
If it’s already been more than 5 working days since you collected your refund and the money hasn’t reached your bank account, don’t worry - we’re here to help.
Please fill out our Credit Control Form so our team can investigate this for you. Once submitted, a member of our Credit Control team will review your case and be in touch with an update.
