Getting your check-in sorted is the final step before the "Out of Office" goes on! We’ve made it super easy to find everything you need right in your On the Beach account.
How to get checked in: ✈️✅
Log in: Head to My Bookings and click View and Manage Booking on the holiday you're ready to start.
Find Your Flights: Scroll down to the flight section.
Get the lowdown: Click the Check-in Instructions button. This is your personal guide, showing you exactly when and how to check in for your specific airline.
Grab the passports: You’ll need the passport details for everyone on the booking to complete the process and download those all-important boarding passes.
💡 A little heads-up: Make sure to check the instructions for both your flight out and your flight home, as the process or timing might be slightly different for each!
When can I check in? ⏳
Every airline has its own schedule—some open 60 days before you fly, while others open just 24 hours before.
To find your specific timeframe, go to View Paperwork in your account and scroll down to your Flight Voucher. You'll find the check-in window listed on the right-hand side.
⚠️ Why it’s important: Most airlines now require you to check in online. If you leave it until you get to the airport, the airline might charge you a fee to do it at the desk—and we’d much rather you spent that money on a round of drinks by the pool! 🍹🌴
