What can I change?
You can:
🏩 Change to a completely different hotel
🛏️ Change your room type or board basis (at the same hotel)
🤹️ Add extra rooms to your booking
How can I change it myself?
- Head over to My Bookings.
- Click View and Manage Booking (💡Make sure you've selected the right holiday).
- Scroll to Make Changes then select Hotel Changes.
- Pick what change you want to make.
- Follow the steps on screen - sorted!
'Hotel Changes' isn't showing in my booking, what do I do?
- 💬 Click the chat icon (usually bottom right of the screen)
- 🔨 When Sunny asks what you need help with, select Booking Amendments followed by Flight, Hotel & Date Changes.
- ✅ Then choose Make a change to my hotel booking.
- 🔍 Select what you're looking for, fill in the form and our team will email you with options and pricing.
- 📩 You'll get an update email when we start working on your request - no need to chase!
⚠️ Heads up: we can't change hotels within 10 days of your departure date. Your hotel will charge the full cost if you decide to cancel your booking.
Are there any fees for changing my hotel?
A standard admin fee will apply for hotel changes (price is dependent on your change request and how soon you’re due to travel), plus any additional room costs on the booking.
