Looking to add someone else to your holiday? The more the merrier! 🎉
How can I add them myself?
- Head over to My Booking and click View and Manage Booking (💡Make sure you've selected the right holiday).
- Click Passenger Changes and select Add Passengers.
- Fill in the passenger details and submit. Once complete, our team will send you a quote including updated transfer costs (if booked) within 72 hours via email. Accept the quote within 48 hours and we'll get them added!
I can't see 'Add Passengers' in My Booking, what do I do?
- 💬 Click the chat icon (usually bottom right of the screen)
- 🔨 When Sunny asks what you need help with, select Booking Amendments followed by I need to add a passenger.
- 📝 Fill in the form and our team will email you within 72 hours with options and pricing.
- 📩 You'll get an update email when we start working on your request - no need to chase!
⚠️ Important: Unfortunately, we can't add passengers within 14 days of departure, you will need to contact your hotel/airline directly. They'll let you know if they can help and what the cost might be.
Do I need to make any payments beforehand?
The full cost (flight + admin fee) needs to be paid upfront before we can add anyone. We can't offer low deposits for additional passengers.
A standard admin fee also applies for adding a passenger to your booking.
I'm pregnant, shall I still add a passenger?
Congrats! 🎉 But please wait until your baby is born and you've chosen a name before adding them to the booking. Find out more about this here: How do I add a baby to my booking?
What about Insurance?
We can't add our travel insurance for any extra passengers, it's only available when you first book.
But don't worry, there are plenty of ways to get them covered:
- Use a comparison site to find travel insurance (usually pretty affordable!)
- Check if they've already got cover through their bank or home insurance
Is there a cheaper way to do this?
It might be cheaper to make a new booking for the extra guests via our homepage (you'll avoid the admin fee and can take advantage of low deposits 👀).
