If you’re heading away with friends or family who have booked separately, we can link your bookings together on our system. This is really helpful because it lets us know you're travelling as a party. By linking them, we can manage things like special requests or changes for the whole group at once rather than separately, ensuring everyone stays in the loop.
How to link your bookings 💬
To get started, the Lead Passenger of each bookings needs to log in to their own My Bookings account and open a Live Chat with our team.
When you chat with us, please provide the booking references for all the bookings that you would like to be linked. Once every lead passenger has contacted us to confirm they are happy to be connected, our team will link the bookings on our system.
Why we need everyone’s permission 🔒
We need to make sure everyone is happy for their bookings to be linked. While linking the bookings doesn't mean one lead passenger can manage or change another person’s booking, it does allow us to coordinate requests and updates for the party as a whole. To keep everyone’s details secure, we can only proceed once each lead passenger has given us their explicit permission.
