Your SUN (My Booking) number is your unique booking reference for your Sunshine holiday.
Finding your SUN:
Option 1: Check your confirmation email 📧
Look for the email we sent when you completed your booking - your SUN number is clearly displayed at the top along with other important booking details.
Can't find it? Search your inbox for 'booking confirmation' or 'sunshine.co.uk', and don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder too 👀
Option 2: Log into your account 💻
- Go to My Sunshine on our website or app
- Select your holiday
- Your SUN number is displayed on your booking summary
- Or click View and Manage Booking to see it on your full paperwork
What does it look like?
Your SUN reference usually starts with letters followed by numbers (e.g., SUN12345678)
Looking for your flight reference instead? ✈️
Easy mix-up. Your flight reference (you might also hear it called a PNR or flight booking reference) is different from your SUN reference. It comes from the airline, not us.
