We understand that plans can sometimes change, but when it comes to flight extras like hold luggage, these are usually final once they've been booked.
Unfortunately, once a bag has been added to your booking and confirmed with the airline, it is non-refundable. This is because the airline allocates specific space and weight on the aircraft as soon as the bag is booked, and their own terms and conditions don't allow for those costs to be returned to us.
Even if you decide not to take the suitcase with you on the day, we won't be able to remove the charge or offer a refund for that part of your booking.
Our best advice for your trip 💁♀️
To get the best value for your holiday, it’s always much cheaper to book your bags when you first make your booking—or at least online before you fly—rather than waiting until you get to the airport.
We always suggest double-checking your packing list before you hit confirm, just to make sure you're only paying for the luggage you truly need. This helps keep your holiday budget on track so you have more to spend once you arrive! ☀️
