I have made a change direct with the airline - how do I update my Sunshine booking?

If you’ve decided to make a change to your flights directly with the airline, we may need to update your booking on our side to ensure your accommodation and travel plans stay aligned.

✅ If you’ve added extras

If you have used the airline’s website to add extras such as baggage, pre-booked seats, or inflight meals, you don’t need to let us know. The airline manages these details directly.

  • Good to know: These extras won’t appear on your Sunshine account or paperwork, but they are confirmed with the airline!

📅 If you’ve changed your flight dates or times

If your flight times or dates have changed, it is very important that you let us know. We need this information to keep the rest of your holiday arrangements in sync. 🛠️

Please message us on Live Chat so we can look into updating:

  • Your Hotel: To ensure they have availability for your new arrival date or time.

  • Your Transfers: So your driver is there to meet you at the correct time.
